Our Beginning:

Life Made New Ministries began as a dream several years ago and has become a passion in wanting to help others through hardship and to share the love of Jesus.

 

As a teenager and young adult, I was lost, broken, and self destructive. Choosing bad friends and being in abusive relationships, I made terrible choices that hurt others and myself. I was trying to navigate the hurt, pain, fear, and feeling of abandonment in my life. My parents had divorced, my father returned to active duty Army and was stationed overseas if not several states away. I faced emotional, verbal, physical, and sexual abuse. Not only was my life rough, but I irresponsibly brought a son into it at age 16 and was a single mother for over 10 years. 

 

At the age of 21, I realized a deep need to fill a void and it was nothing I could get from this world. I discovered Jesus and accepted Him as my Savior. Since then, life hasn’t been easy, but with two mentors, whom I lovingly call my spiritual moms, an amazing husband and family, a supportive church family, and a God that calls me His own, I can walk through hardship and know I’m not doing it on my own. 

 

Being guided through tough choices, loved through tragedies, and shown mercy when I didn’t deserve it opened me to the powerful love of Christ, and I want more than anything for others struggling to see there is hope and new life in Him.
